I've been squatting Fubuki studio in Kichijoji in Tokyo thanks to my friend Matt who works there.
I met Richard there who's a fashion designer and he gave me a hand into t-shirt making. We used "t-shirt kun" T-shirt making kit... a fun way of making your own design on T-shirts!! Only hastle was taking the screens off afterwards but once you get the hang of it its all good.

So first I print my design on a special paper, each colors on a different design all in black, so that the light doesn't go through on the screens. So I've got the outline and the fill and I'll be doing it on the same screen cos' I ran out of screens!

Now I've got it on my screen, the red tape is to cover the other bit of design for the second layer.
Then I put paint and voila, ink's on the T-shirt and you got your design on it!!
Sorry about the random explanation, forgot to take pics as I did it so it's just a little quick explanation in the end.
Thanks Rich for being super helpful and spending time with me on this!!
